Follow one real project
Write down the steps of a recent project, from the first file to delivery. Note where you repeated work, copied information or waited for something. That is a more useful starting point than a long list of new apps.
Give each tool a job
Decide where originals live, where the work happens and where the finished result goes. A tool should make a step clearer, faster or more reliable.
Keep the useful parts
Try changes on one project before rebuilding the whole workflow. Record what helped and keep a short setup note so the next project can start from the same place.
