The useful context
Where it fits
A straightforward way to explore a wide aperture without a large lens. A fixed 50mm focal length means you compose by moving the camera. On the R50 V, the narrower angle of view makes it better suited to tighter shots than a small-room wide angle.
Check your setup
- Fits the R5, R6 and R50 V directly via Canon RF mount.
- On the APS-C R50 V, its angle of view is equivalent to approximately 80mm on full frame.
